Short iterations: 3 meetings, not 3 months.
How we structure our process so the client sees real progress in every meeting without falling into infinite feedback loops.
The client who comes to us usually comes from a bad experience: a project that took 6 months, cost twice what was promised, and delivered something that didn’t look like the mockup. The cause is almost always the same: too much time between decisions and too much feedback at the end.
The 3 meetings
Meeting 1 — Discovery (Day 1): Understand the business, not the website. We leave with a half-page brief.
Meeting 2 — Proposal (Day 7): We arrive with a navigable mockup of the main flow. The client reacts to something real, not an abstract description. Live adjustments. Detailed quote.
Meeting 3 — Delivery (Day 14–21): The site is published before the meeting. The meeting is to review, adjust details, and celebrate go-live.
Late feedback is the root cause of most failed projects. Showing something real in Meeting 2 lets the client correct course before we build 3 weeks in the wrong direction.
